Lake of the Woods Cabin

A new build on Lake of the Woods. This cabin was designed with thoughtful intention to create a space fit for a large extended family. All spaces were carefully considered to ensure adults and children from multiple homes can coexist comfortably on the weekends and enjoy everything that lake life has to offer.

LaSalle Remodel

The clients purchased this home with the intention to completely remodel the main floor. A layout overhaul and a style upgrade were paramount to align with the family’s classic modern aesthetic and functional requirements. Nothing was out of the question. After exploring various options, the final floor plan featured a dedicated children’s wing with its own bathroom, a kitchen bump out at the rear of the home with vaulted ceilings, and an expansive primary suite with a walk-in closet and luxurious ensuite.

Neutral finishes were thoughtfully chosen, creating a timeless and inviting forever home. Natural-looking vinyl plank floors harmonize with off-white walls, pale gray cabinetry, and a dark island. The wood tones of the arched pantry door, open shelving, and ceiling beams infuse warmth, while the neutral fireplace stone adds texture and cohesion, resulting in a bright, warm, and effortlessly livable space.

Royalwood Remodel

The homeowner loved the large open main floor of their new home but the style did not align with theirs. It needed to be modernized but also feel warm, inviting, and like it has been like this for a 100 years. We installed beautiful engineered hardwood floors throughout and improved the kitchen layout with gorgeous distressed cabinets that added so much character to the space.

River Heights Remodel

The homeowner of this once bungalow needed more space so we worked alongside a draftsmen to design a second storey addition as well as a mudroom and kitchen addition. This renovation allowed us to increase the kitchen square footage, create a large back entry, and develop a luxurious primary suite.

St. Andrews Ensuite

This ensuite remodel required a full rethink of the floor plan to make it more functional for the user. The new design includes a large double sink vanity and a curbless wetroom complete with a freestanding tub, rainhead shower, and a beautiful combination of a large scale terrazzo-look tile and a soft green textured glossy tile.

River Park South Remodel

This master suite is in the process of being completely transformed. The bathroom layout was unchanged but with the white herringbone tile, grey pennytile and brass plumbing fixtures, this bathroom went from dark and dull to bright and elegant.
Wait till you see what we do with the bedroom!

Central River Heights Remodel

A main floor remodel for a client near and dear to our heart. We opened up some walls, refinished and added to the beautiful existing hardwoods, and put in a brand new kitchen that maximized the space available.

Did I forget to mention the jaw dropping hex floor tile?

Dakota Crossing Bathroom Remodel

The client purchased this home knowing they wanted to make many changes over time. The first projects were the primary ensuite and kids bathroom. We had some fun with the designs and finishes and love how they turned out.

Norwood Flats Remodel

This home was a complete overhaul. I did a walkthrough with the homeowner before they purchased the home and we discussed all of the design possibilities. They signed on the dotted line and we immediately began working on the design. From moving the kitchen to reconfiguring the second floor, this home has been completely transformed.

Southdale Remodel

This is Stephanie’s personal home. It was a large renovation project that involved adding and removing walls, new hardwoods, paint and lighting throughout, a new kitchen, fireplace update, ensuite bathroom and master closet relocation, and the addition of a main floor laundry room and office. There are still a few rooms and spaces to tackle!
