DESIGN CONSULTATION
A 90 minute in-person or virtual consultation where we walk through your space and discuss your expectations. How we spend this time is up to you but may include selecting paint colours, rearranging furniture and accessories, or discussing layout ideas and finish options for various spaces in your home.
BASIC DESIGN PACKAGE
We start with a design consultation to understand your wants, needs, and design aesthetic, and determine what we will focus on. I will review these project requirements and develop a basic design concept that will be presented to you in a quick and easy-to-understand format so that you can execute the project on your own.
COMPLETE DESIGN PACKAGE
We are there with you every step of the way from the initial consultation, through space planning, millwork design, and finish selection, all the way to the completion of construction drawings and documents, contractor selection, and project coordination and execution.
